How We Work
- Enquiry received — You specify the product, quantity and destination.
- Technical and commercial offer — We propose the appropriate grade, Incoterm and schedule.
- Contract — Payment, inspection and delivery terms are finalised in writing.
- Sourcing and inspection — Material is secured and tested by an independent inspection company before loading.
- Loading and shipment — Documents are issued and the consignment is shipped under full coordination.
- Clearance and delivery — Followed through to final delivery, with your tracking code available at every stage.
