About Us
CSS-1h emulsion combines penetration bitumen, water and a cationic emulsifier, allowing application at low temperatures without intensive heating. It is safer to handle and more environmentally favourable than cutback grades.
Applications
Tack coats, slurry seal, soil stabilisation, pavement maintenance.
